Improvement projects start by establishing initial base-line data on milling process variables. ME Elecmetal’s liner and grinding specialists develop a comprehensive diagnosis of the milling process through a complete check list, even considering what happens upstream of the mill.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are defined and the objectives to achieve are established.

Actions plans are then proposed for each of the KPIs. Benefits are recorded on a report and used as a base of information for future reference and comparison.
